Everything you need to know about how AION turns your data into action.
AION works with the devices and apps you already use – your wearable, your calendar, your activity apps – and turns their raw signals into small, well-timed moves: a recovery-friendly session, a smarter meal window, a nudge to wind down. They show up when they're useful, not as one more to-do list.
Most apps hand you charts and leave the thinking to you. AION does the opposite: it reads your signals, spots your patterns, and hands you one clear action you can confirm, decline, or let it prepare for you. And it always tells you why – never a black box.
No. AION works with whatever signals you already have. Connect a wearable like Apple Health or Oura for a sharper fit, add recent biomarkers if you want to go deeper – but neither is required to start.
People who already care about their health – athletes, women who track their cycles, biohackers, health-conscious busy professionals – and who want the gap between knowing and doing closed, without rearranging their life around an app.
No. AION isn't a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It's a wellbeing copilot that helps you act on your own data – it complements, and never replaces, professional medical advice.
It cross-reads your connected signals against your goals and your own recent patterns – your last few cycles, not population averages – and grounds each suggestion in established science on training, recovery and load. Every suggestion comes with the reasoning, and you always have the final say.
Your data stays yours. You can export or delete everything, anytime. AION is built to GDPR standards, and your signals are never sold on.
AION starts on iOS (iPhone). It is coming soon for Android.
