Website and platform publisher

This legal notice applies to the AION website and to the AION application platform, accessible to users with an account.

At this stage, the website and platform are jointly published and operated by Naomi Michali, Ana Choi, and Thomas Gomez, founders of the AION project.

Personal data, and in particular health data processed through the AION platform, is hosted by a provider with French HDS certification, in accordance with Article L.1111-8 of the French Public Health Code.

All content available on the AION website and platform is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the AION Privacy Policy. AION processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable French law.

Audience measurement and analytics

The website uses PostHog to measure audience, analyze interactions, and improve service performance.
